Processing & Handling Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Some products may ship directly from our certified manufacturing partners, while others ship from our UAE stock, depending on availability and destination.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

International Shipping (Worldwide)

Typical standard delivery time (Europe & GCC): 7–16 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product stock location
  • Destination country
  • Customs processing times

For other regions, delivery may take longer depending on local carriers and customs procedures.


United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Delivery time within the UAE: 2–14 business days.

Local installation services (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman) can be scheduled after the product arrives.


Order Splitting

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on warehouse location and stock levels. If applicable, you will receive a separate tracking link for each shipment.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or local duties required by their country.

We cannot control or estimate these charges.

In some cases, orders may arrive without additional fees, but this varies by destination and local customs rules.

Lost, Delayed or Stuck Packages

If a package is delayed or stuck in transit, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue where possible.

A package is considered lost only if the carrier confirms the loss.

Orders in transit are not refundable unless the carrier confirms the package is lost.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an order is shipped to the wrong address due to customer error, we cannot issue a refund.
