Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from BimmerBunny, a brand operated by Bassaffine F.Z.E – Limited Liability (Ajman Free Zone License).

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.


All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of automotive electronics and software-related products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Damage caused by the customer
  • Compatibility issues not verified with us before purchase
  • Change of mind
  • Software or coding services
  • Items that have been installed, tested, or modified

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos and/or video clearly showing the issue
  • A clear description of the problem

If the product is confirmed to be defective upon arrival, we will offer:

  • A replacement unit, or
  • A repair (depending on the product type)

Refunds are offered only if a replacement or repair is not available.


Installation Responsibility

Self-installation is performed at your own risk.

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage caused during installation
  • Incorrect wiring
  • Compatibility problems due to aftermarket modifications
  • Vehicle fault codes triggered by unrelated issues

For customers located in the UAE, professional installation can be arranged upon request.


Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Packages lost after delivery is marked as “Delivered”
  • Unclaimed packages returned by the carrier
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed when:

  • The received product is defective or incorrect
  • You notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • The exchange is approved after review

Exchanges for other reasons (e.g. choosing a different model) are not permitted.
